Rules of World Evolved

1. General Regulations

1.1. By playing on the server, as well as interacting with the VK group, the Discord server (in this case including the World Evolved Mediasphere), the player agrees with all the rules listed below.
1.2. Ignorance of the rules terms does not relieve you from your responsibility.
1.3. Administrators have every right to change the rules without notifying the players. However, in cases of rule changes that may affect a large part of the players, the administrators will notify you through the project news.
1.4. The administration manages the server at its own discretion, moreover, in exceptional cases, punishements can be issued even if it's not provided for by the rules. Any decision of the project administration has greater priority than these rules, but you still have the right to fullfill the request with the moderators.
1.5. When you submit an appeal/proposal to the administration, use the appropriate way of communication with the administration (#report-ru with issues about the game/Discord, #ideas-feedback to present ideas for the project improvement, personal messages of the VK group on donation, cooperation). Hence, private messages will not be considered.

2. In-game Rules

2.1.1. It is forbidden to intentionally use bugs / flaws of server in your favor.

2.1.2. Intentional hits and collisions with the opponent's car (AKA ramming) in the presence of player reports can lead through a reasonable ban. The exception is the short-time collision mode in Free Roam, as well as the Interceptor mode.

2.1.3. It is forbidden to use software that is harmful to the gameplay of other players in such events type : Singleplayer, private matches and multiplayer races. The list includes:

  • Bots for automatic completion of Outrun events;
  • Bots for completion of Team Escape events;
  • Any manipulations with the characteristics of the car;
  • Any manipulations with the game physics and environment by using some external tools;
  • Software for automating actions inside the race and garage;

The list of allowed software for use in the Garage, Free Roam and Private Freeroam event includes:

  • VinylManager software (e.g. Vinyl Manager);
  • Manipulative camera position software;
  • Software and external modifications to change the graphic, cars or world components of the game;
  • Anything posted in the #modifications Discord channel.

2.1.4. Software that is not included in the lists above in private may cause a ban by decision of the administration.
Note: While using the previous mentioned softwares, the server registrates any game process when you actually use the tools in the singleplayer, private matches and multiplayer events. Hence, to avoid problems, it is recommended to restart the game completely after finishing to use the allowed tools.

2.1.5. Drift-Spec cars cannot be used in drag races. If you try to bypass this restriction, it will result a severe consequence.

2.1.6. Mod cars and mod specs cannot be used in single, private matches or online races (with exception of Private Freeroam). If you try to bypass this restriction, it will result a severe consequence.

2.2. While registering at World Evolved, the driver's nickname must fullfill with the following criteria to respect:

  • The nickname should not contain any profanity in any language;
  • The nickname should not be a reason for ethnic hatred;
  • The nickname should not be similar to the nickname of the administration representatives;
  • The nickname should not contain advertising of third-party projects and sites, calls to leave the project in favor of others;
  • The nickname should not contain the names of political figures condemned by the world community due to their crimes against humanity or specific groups of people, heads of radical political trends, as well as heads of banned organizations that are not recognized by the legislation of any of the countries recognized by the world community;
  • The nickname should not contain insults* to any particular group of people;
  • In case of a violation in one of the previous rules, the administration reserves the right to change the nickname to a more neutral one. In this case, considering the fact of owning an Insult nickname, the player retains the right to ask to change it to the desired one.

2.2.1. The rules of paragraph 2.2 also apply to the status of the player's profile, in case of violation of this particular paragraph, a warning and subsequent change of nickname or status may follow, or punishment in case of disobedience from the administration.

2.3. Registration of more than one account is strongly discouraged (the so-called multi-accounts), especially if one of them was banned due to a violation of the server rules. Participation in various project activities (for example, the Time Attack competition) under different accounts can lead to an account ban, as well as a ban on some activities within the server.

2.3.1. Participation in various project activities (for example, the Time Attack competition) on behalf of someone else's account, or impersonating another player when participating in competitions, may result in the ban of all related accounts (separately if its determined by the project administration).

2.4. It is forbidden to flood / spam* in the freeroam and group chats of the game.

2.5. The organization of a flood of various types (for example, "write plus if you want to race") with an excess asset, can be regarded as a violation of rule 2.4.

2.6. It is forbidden to use obscene words in open and hidden form*.

2.7. Excessive use of Caps Lock (Communication in upper case) will lead to warning.

2.8. Propaganda, mention, discussion of these things are prohibited:

  • Various radical or political movements, parties;
  • Current or recent political phenomena and events;
  • Radical views;
  • Suicide, violence;
  • Everything related to paragraph 2.1 (cheats) and its subparagraphs;
  • Perjury and slander;
  • Misinformation about any aspect of the project;
  • Discrimination of players on any grounds;
  • Advertising of other game projects in the NFS World environment, as well as advertising of projects and products not related to the NFS World environment. Note: Moderate mention and discussion about any other SBRW servers is acceptable.

2.9. It is forbidden to discriminate against inexperienced players by sending messages containing false information, or undermining on the case of levels / skills.

2.10. It is not welcome to discuss any topic that is not related to the game in the general chat if it in any way interferes with the communication of players who are trying to communicate on a topic related to the game. When a conflict occurs, preferences will be given to the players who attempted to communicate on a topic related to the game.

2.11. It is forbidden to provoke* players to violate the rules of the project.

2.11.1. Messages received in a Private or Group chat in-game that contain any insults or threats, are not reason for mute or ban the player who sends such. To protect yourself from such players, you can use the option to block this player (accessible by right-clicking on the player's nickname). However, if this player has been seen sending threats and insults to multiple players (for example, to 3 or more players), restrictive measures should be taken.

2.12. It is not welcome to interfere with players with any action in a Free Roam mode. In case there are collisions of players in Free Roam, it is forbidden to use it to the detriment of other players against their will. Using cheats during this (and with a lot of player report) will be considered a violation.

2.13. It is forbidden to insult the administration in open and covert form (see footnotes Administration and Insult), as well as attempts to provoke.

2.14. It is forbidden to trade game content/game accounts for real currency and its equivalent.

2.15. It is forbidden to use vinyls containing:

  • profanity;
  • advertising of third-party projects and websites, or any content that would leave the project in favor of others;
  • symbols, slogans, names of various radical or political movements, parties;
  • symbols, slogans, names referring to current or recently past political phenomena and events;
  • pornography and erotica;
  • insulting specific players or groups of people;
  • references to teams participating in team races in a negative way.
2.16. The first three bans are assigned at the discretion of the moderator, then:
  • The 4th ban lasts thirty days.
  • The 5th ban lasts six months.
  • The 6th ban is permanent.
Bans that are issued more than 12 months ago do not count. This is considered as a more severe ban system.
  • Ban length extensions are based on active (within 12 months) bans at the time of their expiration and will not be changed for the duration of that ban, even if previous bans go beyond 12 months.
  • If your history of violations has at least two active bans due to the history of violations, then the game moderators can extend the next ban to a permanent one, regardless of how many bans were received in the last year.
  • Bans that are extended because it's your 4th, 5th or 6th cannot be removed or changed, they last thirty days, half a year and are permanent.
  • Warns (warnings) are valid for a year too, and if a player has a warns for more than a year, it is cancelled.
2.17. A player with a ban has the right to ask for a premature unbanning of his account, but the decision will be entirely made by the administration of the project. There is nothing good in the long length ban of players. However, if the player is ready to ask for the removal of the ban in an adequate form, the request will be considered.

3. Discord Community

3.0. All of the following rules apply to nicknames and avatars of Discord members.

3.1. Swearing is prohibited in all channels except #memes-shitposting.

3.2. It is forbidden to insult other users.

3.3. Shock content and pornographic content is prohibited (even in #memes-shitposting).

3.4. It is forbidden to flood / spam, advertise other projects, insert links to other Discord servers, send spam to server members in private messages, in public channels and sending infected links.

3.5. It is recommended to follow the theme and language of the channels, the administration reserves the right to punish if this item is excessively abused.

3.6. It is forbidden to bypass the ban using multi-accounts, Discord and server vulnerabilities.

3.7. It is forbidden to insult the administration in open and covert form (see footnotes Administration and Insulting).

3.8. The administration reserves the right to deny access to the server to any member of the Discord server, without giving an appropriate warning (if there are reasons for that, as a rule, this is for repeatedly-banned members).

3.9. Propaganda, mention, discussion of these things are prohibited:

  • Various radical or political movements, parties;
  • Current or recent political phenomena and events;
  • Radical views;
  • Suicide, violence;
  • Everything related to paragraph 2.1 (cheats) and its subparagraphs;
  • Perjury and slander;
  • Misinformation about any aspect of the project;
  • Discrimination of players on any grounds;
  • Advertising of other game projects in the NFS World environment, as well as advertising of projects and products not related to the NFS World environment. Note: Moderate mention and discussion about any SBRW servers is acceptable.
3.10. It is forbidden to distribute personal information about the players of the server without direct permission from the player himself, such as: e-mail, photos, residential address, phone number, and other personal details determined by the administration.

4. VK Group and Chat

4.1. These rules apply to comments under posts, photos, discussions, as well as private messages of the group.

4.2. Swearing in any of its manifestations is prohibited.

4.3. Shock content, pornographic content is prohibited.

4.4. It is forbidden to flood / spam, advertise other projects, insert links to other groups, send spam to group members in private messages, phishing and infected links.

4.5. It is forbidden to bypass the ban using multi-accounts.

4.6. Propaganda, mention, discussion of these things are prohibited:

  • Various radical or political movements, parties;
  • Current or recent political phenomena and events;
  • Radical views;
  • Suicide, violence;
  • Everything related to paragraph 2.1 (cheats) and its subparagraphs;
  • Perjury and slander;
  • Misinformation about any aspect of the project;
  • Discrimination of players on any grounds;
  • Advertising of other game projects in the NFS World environment, as well as advertising of projects and products not related to the NFS World environment. Note: Moderate mention and discussion about any SBRW servers is acceptable.

4.7. Offensive speech towards any of the group members, including the administration, is prohibited.

*Player is a user of the NFS World environment, in particular, a participant in the World Evolved project;

*Media sphere of the World Evolved project is an information field of a game project designed to keep players on the latest news of it, as well as providing players with additional content, communication between players. The term includes the VK group, Discord server and Telegram channel;

*Administration/administrators - this category includes people responsible for the operation of the server, namely:

  • Chief Administrator;
  • World Evolved Media Sphere moderation;
  • Mod Department members;
  • Technical Stuff members;

The term combines all these categories, each of them has a different number of privileges, but each category is not always meant when mentioned;

*Insult/bullying is a humiliation of honor and dignity, expressed in an indecent form; infliction of strong resentment. Due to the subjective nature of the term and the presence of situations where they do not fully fall under this concept, the administration reserves the right to make the final decision in solving the conflict situation on this case;

*Recidivism is a systematic intentional violation of the rules. Its presence in case of violation of any rule is an aggravating circumstance and may affect the period and number of warnings before the execution of the punishment;

*A multi-account is considered to be two or more accounts that have a common IP, computer ID, as well as the case when there is direct evidence that two accounts are owned by the same person with different IP, computer ID;

*Flood are the series of messages that do not carry a semantic load; similar in meaning; repeated 2 or more times; contain more than 5 identical symbols standing side by side.

*A hidden form of swearing is a form that implies the disguise of individual letters, syllables, words, but retains the full meaning of the swear word or obscene expression;

*Provocation in this particular paragraph is incitement, inducing individuals to take actions that may lead to a violation of the server rule. Both the one who committed the provocation and the one who fell for it can be guilty, the final verdict depends on the case and the last word will remain with the administration.
